Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Flourtown, PA is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver a warm, caring customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision of staff, and a focus on efficient store performance. You will manage payroll, scheduling, events, shipments, and merchandising while ensuring accurate use of our POS system and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• 3+ years store management experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store and connect with customers.
• Lead the team to drive sales results and customer service goals.
• Manage payroll budgeting, events, shipments and merchandising.
• Be proficient with the point-of-sale system to ensure inventory, sales, and markdown accuracy.
• Additional duties as assigned.
