Norman's Hallmark in Huntingdon Valley, PA is seeking a qualified Store Manager to lead daily operations and coach a dedicated team. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage payroll, events, inventory, and merchandising, and uphold our caring, community-focused culture.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of store management and customer service experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• 3+ years store management experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store and connect with the customer.
• Prioritize the customer first and ensure staff engagement.
• Lead with professional, unbiased leadership to drive sales results and buy-in among the team.
• Manage all aspects of store operations: payroll budgeting, events, shipment processing, merchandising, promotions, and more.
• Learn and use the POS system to ensure accuracy with inventory, sales, and markdowns.
• Additional duties as assigned.
