Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver the caring, personal service our customers expect.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of store management and customer service experience, the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and skill with a POS system for inventory and promotions. You will model a professional leadership style, manage payroll budgeting, events, shipments and merchandising, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• 3+ years store management experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Able to work flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse CARE program into store culture and lead team to drive retail sales.
• Ensure the customer always comes first and deliver great service.
• Lead a professional, decisive team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, events, shipments, merchandising, and promotions.
• Learn and operate POS system to manage inventory, sales, and markdowns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
