GNC Anchorage is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations and a team of associates. You will drive sales, manage product presentation, and ensure a high level of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a key representative of the Live Well brand, you will handle cash operations, schedule flexibility, and community engagement while mentoring staff to achieve store goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store or similar leadership role.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to hit sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including business performance and product management.
• Represent the GNC brand by sharing expert product knowledge and promoting the Live Well message.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility with cash handling and deposits.
• Attend community events to promote the brand and initiatives.
• Drive personal and team sales and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance of store associates.
