Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the health supplements industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.

• Oversee sales and profits of the store.
• Implement evaluations and improvement strategies for employee performance.
