GNC in Utah is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead, coach, and support a team while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. You will oversee daily store operations, manage product presentation, and ensure the team has tools to succeed, while representing the GNC brand and living the Live Well philosophy.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to open/close, handle cash and inventories, and to work five days a week including weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support the team to provide exceptional service to customers
• Oversee daily store operations including business performance and product management
• Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the Live Well message
• Open, close and operate the retail facility including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• Build strong teams, provide feedback on performance, recruit, hire, and manage staff
• Attend community events to promote the organization's mission and initiatives
