Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express locations. You will lead the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and a comprehensive rewards package including medical, dental, vision and other benefits, plus a 401K with company matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Mentor and train staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
