Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates to hit financial targets and deliver outstanding guest service.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing development opportunities across the Panda network. Medical/dental, 401K match, and paid time off are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the store team through training and mentorship to ensure consistent performance.
• Ensure a high standard of guest experiences and operational execution.
