Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced store managers to lead a single Panda Express location. You’ll hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll also oversee daily operations and scheduling.

New hires complete an 8+ week store leadership training program, with mentorship and ongoing development. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities to reward performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
