Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profits, and customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention compliance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and discipline associates as needed.
• Provide coaching and performance management to develop store teams.
• Ensure excellent service in a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
