Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers.

In this role, you will lead by example, drive sales, coach team members, and partner with the Store Manager to plan actions, manage shifts, and ensure engaging service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a high-volume apparel setting.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and store metrics.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members who are committed to creating a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division and be accountable for results.
• Support standards for merchandising and operations across the store.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Remain composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform POS transactions on shifts and execute management functions when the Store Manager is absent.
