Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive profitability across the store footprint. You will hire and train associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure brand standards are met while building a positive, energetic store culture.

You will manage expenses, coach talent, and foster relationships with customers to sustain sales growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations and attend district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use data and market knowledge to set action plans and meet financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Motivate and engage your teams by identifying their strengths.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve performance and develop team members.
• Communicate clear expectations and hold the store team and yourself accountable to achieving results.
