Job summary

Catalyst Brands seeks a Store Manager (Specialty) to lead a high-performing team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will hire, train, and oversee store operations to meet sales and profitability targets while fostering a positive, energetic work environment.

You will report to the District Manager and drive talent development, top-line growth, and store standards across merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Store Manager in a high-volume apparel environment (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use data and market knowledge to create action plans.
• Understand product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent individuals.
• Motivate and engage teams; identify strengths and provide feedback.
