Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or able to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to staff; support from Panda community for success.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, speed, and guest satisfaction.
