Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Complete an 8+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
