• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment with proven operational and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and principles.
• Own recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and onboarding of store staff.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and drive loyalty through consistent service excellence.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with brand standards and local laws.
• Develop shift plans and manage workforce to meet traffic and budget targets.
• Take full ownership of inventory and stock management to minimize waste.
• Drive store sales and EBITDA through effective operations and initiatives.
