Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success. You must have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to the store team; implement Panda standards and processes to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain a safe, clean and fast-paced environment, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
