Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work flexible hours including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to meet financial and guest-service goals.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
