WHBM Outlet is seeking a Store Manager for our Grand Rapids area location. You will lead the retail team, drive the customer experience, and manage store performance while coaching staff to deliver the brand’s hospitality-driven service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrates ownership mindset and leads by example.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through reporting analysis and strategic planning.
