Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager in California to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class retail experience. You will supervise daily operations, drive sales performance, and manage labor and inventory while promoting the membership program to build loyalty.

You will report to the Area Manager, hire and train staff, maintain store standards, and ensure excellent customer service. A flexible schedule and travel between locations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, including Assistant Store Manager and sales staff.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily operations.
• Ensure seamless store execution, exceptional customer service, merchandising, and SOP adherence.
• Drive sales through staff development, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; create career development paths.
• Manage cash handling and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
• Oversee store visuals, inventory, and weekly planning to maximize profitability.
