Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail store operations in Savannah, GA. You will oversee merchandising, product launches, and customer experiences while driving sales and service excellence.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve targets, coordinate promotions and off-site events, and participate in paid training to build leadership success. 40 hours weekly, regular time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations including merchandising and product launches.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Coordinate outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
