Job summary

AT&T in California's San Luis Obispo area seeks a Store Manager-2 Regular to lead daily store operations, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and ensure customers receive best-in-class service across products and services.

You will partner with a store manager, drive merchandising and product launches, meet sales objectives, and participate in promotional events. The role offers paid training, competitive salary with commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
