Job summary

AT&T in San Jose, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, guide a sales and service team, and ensure customers experience best-in-class AT&T products and services. You’ll oversee merchandising, product launches, and achievement of sales targets while delivering an extraordinary in-store experience.

You’ll mentor retail sales consultants, analyze performance, plan events and outreach, and collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and merchandising.
• Lead product launches and drive sales objectives to exceed targets.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet service and sales goals.
• Engage in outreach and off-site events as needed and supported by training.
