Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Store Manager in Plano, TX to lead a fast-paced team and uphold customer service standards. You will oversee daily operations and act as GM in their absence, driving revenue and ensuring safety.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a proven ability to coach staff across shifts. 45–50 hours/week with a base salary of $40,000–$44,000 plus bonus potential up to $12,500, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees; hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead GM responsibilities when the GM is absent to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Coach and develop team members to meet and exceed goals and drive revenue.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in payroll tasks and hours verification for all employees.
