Bath & Body Works in Buford, GA is seeking a Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver consistent customer experiences while driving growth. You’ll lead a team of leaders and associates, set performance expectations, and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage schedules to meet payroll targets, and uphold brand standards through engaging service and product knowledge. This role requires flexibility for peak days and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and execution of operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and tell the product story.
• Lead opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments handling.
• Provide direction for daily shifts and ensure payroll coverage.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, store standards, and adherence to company policies.
