Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.

• Effective communication, receptive to feedback and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and tell the product story.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Set direction/goals for the day/shift and provide feedback to associates.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling.
• Reinforce selling expectations and accountability.
• Maintain safety and store appearance; engage in physical activities as required.
