Job summary

Citi Trends, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will be accountable for executing standards, coaching your team, and delivering results. You will recruit and develop a high-performing staff, schedule flexibly including nights and weekends, and uphold policies while controlling shrink and expenses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Recruit, coach, and manage store associates according to policy.
