Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in retail preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees in compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Train and evaluate staff; address performance gaps and coaching.
• Ensure proper staffing, opening/closing procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and inventory; manage stock levels and shrink.
• Oversee customer service, security, cash control and signage standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and documentation.
