Panda Express, a part of Panda Restaurant Group Inc., is hiring for a Store Manager to oversee a Panda Express store, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and lead associates and participate in an extensive leadership training program.

The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train team members to ensure standards and serve quality.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
