We provide an eight-week plus leadership training program to prepare you for success. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be flexible to work within a 50-mile radius, and hold Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision; participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
