The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and outstanding guest experiences.
