Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and guide associates to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The company supports you with a leadership training program of 8 or more weeks to ensure your success. The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsabilités

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Don’t worry! We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
