Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group Inc., is seeking a Store Manager to operate a single location, hire and lead staff, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals. Candidates will undergo an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.

The role requires a high school diploma, relocation within 50 miles of home, and a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with Serve Safe food safety certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
