Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking a Store Manager for Hollister Co. in Austin to lead store operations, staff development, and customer experience. You will manage staffing, training, asset protection, and visual presentation while upholding brand standards.

You’ll coach teams, oversee merchandise flow, drive sales, analyze reports, and ensure omni-channel excellence. The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience or supervisory experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven results in assessing and developing talent.
• High attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy while multi-tasking.
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor & stockroom operations.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure all visual displays adhere to Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, train management and non-management associates.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Oversee all inventory, replenishment, stockroom, and OMNI Channel operations.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
