Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Hollister brand store in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will staff, train, and develop both part-time and full-time team members, while ensuring store operations meet brand standards and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee inventory, scheduling, payroll, and omni-channel activities, coaching teams to deliver outstanding service and driving sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience or supervisory role in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate.
• Proven track record in talent development and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations with focus on customer service.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure visual displays adhere to Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and non-management staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom, and omni-channel operations.
• Analyze reports to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and oversee maintenance.
• Open and close the store routines.
• Operate POS systems.
• Represent the Brand and embody company culture and values.
