Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Las Vegas to lead a high‑performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage operations, and ensure the store meets financial goals while maintaining a safe, inviting shopping environment.

You’ll be responsible for coaching associates, controlling expenses, and upholding Sally Beauty’s standards for appearance and service. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, team‑oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
Oversee all store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory management.
Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety rules and company policies.
