Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will oversee daily operations, coaching and developing staff while ensuring budget adherence and inventory control.

The role emphasizes creating memorable customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and fostering a culture of growth and safety. Prior retail leadership in beauty is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by leading talent, inspiring your team and delivering a great, customized hair and beauty solution for every guest.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, staff and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain a visually appealing store appearance at all times.
