Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training, and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Provide 8+ weeks of leadership training and mentorship to team members.
• Lead store to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
