Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Heath, OH is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations, guide a team through a 5-week manager-training course, and drive customer service excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for advancement and commission-based bonuses.

You will motivate staff, manage scheduling, control expenses, and ensure compliance with banking, safety, and legal requirements while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
