Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Management experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensures proper staffing.
• Trains employees; conducts evaluations; counsels or terminates as needed.
• Sets pay advancement recommendations and maintains performance standards.
• Communicates performance, safety, and policy expectations regularly.

• Monitors sales, expenses, and inventory trends for opportunities.
• Manages ordering and stock planning; oversees BSR and cycle counts.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and pricing compliance.

• Delivers superior customer service leadership and a safe environment.
