Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Holyoke, MA to lead store operations, drive performance, and motivate a team of 8-15 across all shifts. You will recruit, train, schedule, manage inventory and banking, uphold food safety and customer service, and execute company programs.

Availability to cover all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. This is a salary position with a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Strong operational and team-management skills.
• Must have or obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8–15 employees across all shifts and cover shifts as needed.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean, and maintain facilities.
• Coach staff on service quality and promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with required licenses and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR operations as needed.
