Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, guest service, merchandising, and team development in the Hereford, TX area. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and coach Team Members in Casey's Way while living Casey’s CARES values.

You will manage labor, scheduling, and inventory, oversee kitchen activities, and partner with district leadership to implement action plans. A passion for community and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication across teams
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Background check may be required by state law
• Driver's license preferred for store leadership role

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales and uphold service standards
• Maintain a stocked, clean store to foster guest relationships and community ties
• Hire, train, develop and supervise new Team Members in Casey's Way
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service
• Manage labor budget and staffing, ensure schedules are updated and communicated
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits and merchandise orders; protect assets
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications including ServSafe where applicable
