• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure store is stocked and clean to strengthen guest relationships.
• Coach and mentor team members using the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and peak times; maintain scheduling.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate with District Manager on Store Action Plans and KPIs.
• Complete trainings and assessments, incl ServSafe where applicable.
