Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager in Colorado to lead store operations, staffing, training and customer service. You will oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising and pricing, while ensuring safety and compliance across the team.

You will open/close the store, manage performance, monitor inventory and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff according to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps and counseling as needed.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, pricing and signage.
• Ensure cashier accountability, cash control and security procedures.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
