Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Knoxville, TN to drive store performance and profitability. You’ll lead a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists, maintain Windsor’s visual standards, and ensure an omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.

You’ll analyze KPI data, hire and develop talent, coach for succession, uphold Loss Prevention and Safety procedures, and model Windsor values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance and profitability through KPI analysis and payroll control.
• Lead and develop a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists; ensure Windsor Visual Guidelines.
• Maintain omni-channel Oasis customer experience and strong store operations.
