Shoe Show, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Dearborn, MI location (SHOE DEPT. ENCORE #1747). You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and manage store operations. Recruit, train, and schedule staff while maintaining store standards and profitability.

You will oversee merchandise flow, implement promotions, and conduct inventories with accountability. Travel up to 25% may be required to support store operations and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills required.
• One year retail experience required.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.
• Must be available various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, develops, and retains top management and sales talent.
• Creates a monthly schedule ensuring balanced shifts and coverage.
• Oversees merchandise processing and floor stock flow to maintain stock room standards.
• Directs and implements SHOE SHOW, INC. strategies, promotions, and directives promptly.
• Bi-annual inventories are led by the Store Manager.
• May travel up to 25% as needed.
