Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required or preferred for consideration.
• At least one year of store/retail management experience is required.
• At least two years in an assistant store manager or supervisor role is required.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us and act as coach and mentor.
• Maintain proactive operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales, orders and inventory, and scheduling.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store-level and district goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the register, and perform other duties as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

One year of continuous store or retail management experience

Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience
