Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• One year of continuous store or retail management experience required.
• Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us.
• Maintain a proactive operational mindset to manage expenses, drive sales growth and promotions.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register and perform other duties as needed.
