Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of continuous store/retail management experience
• Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience is also acceptable
• Must be 18+ (varies by state) and have valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us and act as a coach and mentor
• Maintain operational excellence to control expenses, drive sales growth and promotions, manage inventory and scheduling
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store-level and district goals
• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register and perform other duties as needed
