Job summary

You will oversee scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and daily operations to maximize sales and maintain a positive community image.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years retail experience, with strong leadership, English communication and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English and have open availability.
• Food safety certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and may include assistants.
• Recruit, hire and train positive staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develops tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Promotes safe, professional image and resolves customer complaints timely.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensures proper training on safety procedures and cash handling.
